Analysis -- what specifically does the person do well in analyzing?<br \/>\nI followed the pattern of a typical essay, beginning with a brief introduction, then thesis statement and then topic sentences to prove my thesis statement. For this reason, I thought it was pretty clear to see what point I was trying to make throughout the video. I could have, however, dug deeper into each stanza and go beyond the literal meaning a little bit more. <br \/>\n2. Analysis -- if the person had to do this again, what would you recommend in analysis?<br \/>\nI would probably add some more subtitles or a better visual aid than just screen cast because it may look like I have too many screen cast shots making it a little confusing. <br \/>\n3. What is something you found surprising? or amusing?<br \/>\nWhen I first read this poem, I thought Maya was just trying to tell the viewers to stay positive and strong under all circumstances of life; however, after I took time to read the poem and analyze it, I was surprised at how I was able to dig out deeper meaning and connection in the poem. <br \/>\n5. Comment on the visual portion of this video.<br \/>\nI thought my visuals, especially the poem reading part, was pretty good and helped the reader understand my interpretation a little better. Maybe a better visual could have been used for the analysis part (besides just screencast)","replyPages":[{"page":0,"digests":[{"id":"20479337","body":"This video did take me quite a long time; hence I believe that I did put a of thought and effort into this project. The analysis part and the poem reading part took the longest.
