*inculcate- instill by persistent instruction; teach an attitude, idea, or habit by such instruction
*castration- Psychology. to render impotent, literally or metaphorically, by psychological means, esp. by threatening a person's masculinity or femininity. Castration anxiety literally means the fear that one's testicles will be removed, but more profoundly it may symbolize the child's fear that he will, like Oedipus, lose his power
- In our society, we’re constantly exposed to the idea that women are the object of display and a representation of beauty. This idea of representing women as a performance has been a core of so many programs that a wrong sense of femininity is inculcated in the minds of many modern people. In the world of wrestling, this idea is especially strong, and the world is so male-centered that the woman is seen as powerless, as if woman are the objects of castration complex and has lost all power.
*epicurean- a person devoted to sensual enjoyment, esp. that derived from fine food and drink
*iniquity- immoral and grossly unfair behavior
*emissary- a representative sent on a mission or errand; an agent sent on a mission of a secret nature, as a spy
*cipher- a code, a secret or disguised way of writing; encode, put a message to secret writing
-After his aunt's recommendation to the company, Marlow visits the company that his aunt refers to as "the emissary of peace," an ironic description of the company because of the fallacies of imperialism. Marlow, in order to secure the human rights of the colonies, must first wait for a cipher and obtain evidences in order to make any accusations of the colonization.
