I actually agreed on many aspects you mentioned on your analysis, but I didn't think about the time before death the poem was representing and how the spontaneous line breaks created an image of destruction. It was interesting because I wrote about erosion representing the cycle of life, but didn't think that death was the main component of it. Yet, through your analysis it really made me realize that the slow rhythm does represent a slow death, just like erosion occurs slowly over time.
